According to recent research there is a growing sense of urgency that the education system is not preparing our youth adequately for the demands of today’s workplace, let alone those of the 21st century. Many school leavers lack confidence, a belief in their own abilities or the ability to handle pressure. What’s more, we are seeing alarming trends in anxiety, depression and youth suicide, as young people become disengaged; find learning irrelevant and struggle to recognise their value.

Our youth is our strength and if we want our young innovators and leaders to really support our nation, we will have to make some fierce changes in the how and what tools we prepare them with. That’s why we’ve developed a free youth entrepreneurship programs that helps our aspiring visionaries in transforming their ideas into realities and encourages them to identify and grow their unique talents.

Our programs are given free to schools and all students who are keen to grow. Keen to develop their entrepreneur skills and their growth/benefit mindset. We understand the importance of imparting these skills so that children are better equipped for the enterprising culture that awaits them. The programs offer personalised learning. Each participant will learn what makes them unique, and identify their individual strengths. They will learn how to take these talents, cultivate and grow them so that they can live a happy meaningful life full of purpose.
The overall process is hands on and a highly engaging experience which culminates in a Business Fair where all the participants get to exhibit their products or services and monetize their venture.

However we understand that to make this happen, we require a whole community of dedicated souls with a common goal of providing opportunities to our young leaders to develop quality enterprising skills.

We provide free learning to schools or individuals interested in joining our programs but to keep this organisation going and to support our young people, we need your contribution. With your generosity and our efforts combined, we can transform the landscape for the future of our young people.
